Chimichurri is a wonderful spice blend originally found in Argentina. Use it dry to rub meats before grilling or roasting; spice up vegetables, sprinkle over pizza, or add to salads and dressings. Use it wet as a marinade for beef, pork, chicken, lamb or seafood; Mix 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp water to 2 tbsp chimichurri spice blend for a delicious sauce!
Clumping or caking is completely natural for this product, if this happens a hard shake of the jar should loosen it up.
