1 c. Drizzle Dark Balsamic Vinegar (Espresso, Black Cherry, Wild Blueberry, Raspberry)
¾ c. ketchup
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 clove fresh garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Aldrich Farms Bourbon Molasses mustard
½ tsp. Salish Smoked Sea Salt
½ tsp. freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and stir until all of the ingredients are incorporate and mixture is smooth. Simmer over medium heat until reduced by 1/3, about 15 to 20 minutes. Keep warm, serve with chicken, burgers, or steak.
I love this easy recipe! My favorite for pork is the maple balsamic. For lighter meats or veggies try the white balsamic like cranberry pear or pineapple. D-lish !!!!
