A Pinch of Love
Chimichurri is a wonderful spice blend originally found in Argentina but is now used in many parts of South America. Use it dry to rub it into meats before grilling or roasting, or to spice up vegetables, sprinkle over pizza before cooking, create chimichurri hamburgers, or add to salads or dressings. Or use it wet as a marinade for beef, pork, chicken or lamb. Add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp water to 2 tbsp chimichurri spice blend for a delicious sauce!
