Ingredients 1 Whole Chicken 4 Tbsp. Drizzle Tuscan Herb Olive Oil Kosher Salt and Black Pepper 3 tbsp. Poultry Sprinkle 3 cups carrots, diced 2 cups celery, diced 3 cups, onions 2 tbsp.
